Widget Not Appearing

  1. Check embed code — Ensure the script tag is correctly placed in your page’s HTML
  2. Check shop slug — The data-shop attribute must match your shop slug exactly
  3. Check browser console — Look for JavaScript errors
  4. Clear cache — Try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R)

AI Not Quoting Prices

  1. Check pricebook — Ensure you have prices added for the device and repair
  2. Check device names — The AI uses fuzzy matching, but the device must exist in the catalogue
  3. Check pricebook gaps — Go to Pricebook > Gaps to see what customers are asking for

SMS/WhatsApp Not Sending

  1. Check Twilio credentials — Verify Account SID, Auth Token, and Phone Number in Settings > Communications
  2. Check phone number format — Must include country code (e.g., +44)
  3. Check communications log — Look for error messages in the Communications Log

Email Not Sending

  1. Check Resend API key — Verify in Settings > Communications
  2. Check from email — Must be verified in your Resend dashboard
  3. Check spam folder — Test emails may land in spam

Payment Issues

  1. Stripe — Check your Stripe dashboard for payment events
  2. Shopify — Verify the store is connected and payments are enabled
  3. Webhooks — Ensure webhook endpoints are reachable
