Default Templates

cellbot includes default templates for every notification event and channel (SMS, WhatsApp, Email). You can customise any of them.

Customising Templates

  1. Go to Settings > Notifications
  2. Select the event (e.g., “Booking Confirmed”)
  3. Select the channel (SMS, WhatsApp, or Email)
  4. Edit the template text
  5. Click Save Templates

Personalisation

Templates support a range of personalised placeholders that are automatically filled in when the message is sent. These include the customer’s name, device model, repair type, booking date and time, price, your shop name and address, and links to the customer portal and review page.
Leave a template blank to use the default. Custom templates override defaults per event and channel.
