Gap Detection

When a customer asks the AI for a repair that isn’t in your pricebook, cellbot logs it as a “gap”:
  • Device query — What the customer searched for
  • Repair description — What repair they needed
  • Request count — How many times this has been requested
  • Revenue opportunity — Estimated revenue based on your average ticket value

Gaps Dashboard

Navigate to Pricebook > Gaps to see:
  • All unresolved gaps sorted by demand
  • “Add Price” button to quickly add the missing price
  • “Resolve” button to dismiss gaps you don’t plan to service

Margin Analysis

On the main pricebook page, when cost prices are available:
  • Price — What you charge
  • Cost — Your cost
  • Margin — Profit amount
  • Margin % — Colour-coded: Green (above 60%), Yellow (40–60%), Red (below 40%)
Add cost prices to your pricebook entries to unlock margin insights. Look for the “Add cost prices for margin insights” prompt.
