Gap Detection
When a customer asks the AI for a repair that isn’t in your pricebook, cellbot logs it as a “gap”:
- Device query — What the customer searched for
- Repair description — What repair they needed
- Request count — How many times this has been requested
- Revenue opportunity — Estimated revenue based on your average ticket value
Gaps Dashboard
Navigate to Pricebook > Gaps to see:
- All unresolved gaps sorted by demand
- “Add Price” button to quickly add the missing price
- “Resolve” button to dismiss gaps you don’t plan to service
Margin Analysis
On the main pricebook page, when cost prices are available:
- Price — What you charge
- Cost — Your cost
- Margin — Profit amount
- Margin % — Colour-coded: Green (above 60%), Yellow (40–60%), Red (below 40%)
Add cost prices to your pricebook entries to unlock margin insights. Look for the “Add cost prices for margin insights” prompt.
