Prerequisites

  • A Resend account
  • A verified domain for sending (e.g., repairs@yourdomain.com)

Configuration

  1. Go to Settings > Communications in the cellbot dashboard
  2. Enter your Resend credentials:
    • API Key — From your Resend dashboard
    • From Email — Your verified sending address
    • From Name — Display name (e.g., “CellTech Repairs”)
  3. Click Save Communication Settings

Custom Domain

For best deliverability, set up a custom sending domain in Resend. This ensures emails come from your domain rather than a generic address.
