Standalone cellbot shops can collect customer payments through Stripe. Shopify storefront bookings are saved unpaid, and Shopify-connected merchants approve all cellbot app charges through Shopify.

Stripe Checkout

For eligible standalone shops, customers are redirected to a Stripe-hosted checkout page.
  • Available to standalone and supported non-Shopify website installations
  • Supports all major cards and payment methods
  • Automatic webhook handling for payment confirmation

Shopify Storefront Bookings

For Shopify stores, cellbot records the quoted repair as an unpaid booking:
  • No Shopify order or draft is created
  • No customer checkout or payment link is opened
  • The booking appears in Cellbot App Home
  • Collect payment later through your normal Shopify or in-store process

Refunds

Standalone payment refunds and repair cancellation are separate actions; check the actual payment result before changing the repair’s status. Cellbot collects no customer payment for Shopify storefront bookings. Any later payment you collect through Shopify or in store is managed through that payment process.
