The tickets page shows all repairs with filtering and sorting:- Status filters: All, Booked, Checked In, In Progress, Completed, Collected
- Priority badges: Urgent (red), High (orange), Normal (blue), Low (gray)
- Search: Find tickets by customer name, device, or repair type
Ticket Detail
Click a ticket to see the full detail view:- Header — Ticket ID, priority, status badge
- Customer Info — Name, email, phone with quick-action buttons
- Repair Details — Device, repair type, method, location, booking time
- Timeline — Chronological events
- Internal Notes — Staff-only notes
- Parts Used — Track parts and costs
- Actions — Update status, assign staff, send notifications
