Ticket List

The tickets page shows all repairs with filtering and sorting:
  • Status filters: All, Booked, Checked In, In Progress, Completed, Collected
  • Priority badges: Urgent (red), High (orange), Normal (blue), Low (gray)
  • Search: Find tickets by customer name, device, or repair type

Ticket Detail

Click a ticket to see the full detail view:
  1. Header — Ticket ID, priority, status badge
  2. Customer Info — Name, email, phone with quick-action buttons
  3. Repair Details — Device, repair type, method, location, booking time
  4. Timeline — Chronological events
  5. Internal Notes — Staff-only notes
  6. Parts Used — Track parts and costs
  7. Actions — Update status, assign staff, send notifications
