Overview

Each ticket generates a unique portal link that customers can use to track their repair in real-time.

How It Works

  1. When a ticket is created, a unique portal link is generated
  2. The link is included automatically in notification messages
  3. Customers visit the link — no login required
  4. The page shows real-time status updates as they happen

What Customers See

  • Shop logo and name (branded experience)
  • Greeting with their name
  • Device and repair details
  • Visual timeline of repair progress
  • Price and payment status
  • Shop contact info and location
  • “Powered by cellbot” footer

Branding

Customise the portal appearance in Settings > Branding:
  • Upload your shop logo
  • Set your brand colour
  • Preview how it looks

Token Expiry

Portal tokens expire after 30 days. After expiry, customers see a friendly message asking them to contact the shop directly.
