The pricebook is your most important asset in cellbot. It’s what the AI uses to quote prices to customers. The add/import instructions below describe standalone dashboard access for owners and staff with pricebook permission. Shopify store owners can configure existing repairs directly in App Home; follow the Shopify setup guide. The built-in catalogue supplies starting values. Use Edit repair terms in the dashboard to save your shop’s own price, currency, warranty, turnaround and widget visibility. The original catalogue values stay available through Reset to catalogue default. Bulk edits and CSV imports still skip built-in entries. Add a custom entry only for a device and repair combination that is not already in the shop’s pricebook.

Adding Prices Manually

  1. Navigate to Pricebook in the dashboard
  2. Click Add Price
  3. Search for the device (e.g., “iPhone 15 Pro”)
  4. Select the repair type (e.g., “Screen Replacement”)
  5. Enter the price (e.g., £89.99)
  6. Optionally add: cost price, warranty info, turnaround time
  7. Click Save

Importing via CSV

CSV imports add or update custom entries and skip matching built-in entries. Prepare a CSV file with columns:
See the CSV Import Guide for full details.

Pricing Rules

Prices are stored accurately to the penny. Just enter the price as you’d display it to customers.
  • Prices are per-shop — each shop has its own pricebook
  • The AI will never make up prices — it only quotes from your pricebook
  • If a customer asks for a repair you don’t have priced, cellbot logs it as a Pricebook Gap
