Columns

BookedCustomer has booked and paid
Checked InDevice received at shop
In ProgressRepair is underway
CompletedRepair finished, awaiting collection
CollectedCustomer has picked up device

Drag and Drop

Drag tickets between columns to update their status. When you move a ticket:
  • The status is updated automatically
  • A timeline entry is added
  • The customer is notified (if notifications are configured)

Ticket Cards

Each card shows:
  • Device name and repair type
  • Customer name
  • Assigned technician
  • Time in current status
