| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Booked | Customer has booked and paid |
| Checked In | Device received at shop |
| In Progress | Repair is underway |
| Completed | Repair finished, awaiting collection |
| Collected | Customer has picked up device |
Drag and Drop
Drag tickets between columns to update their status. When you move a ticket:- The status is updated automatically
- A timeline entry is added
- The customer is notified (if notifications are configured)
Ticket Cards
Each card shows:- Device name and repair type
- Customer name
- Assigned technician
- Time in current status
