Staff Management

Roles

cellbot supports four roles with different permission levels:

Inviting Staff

1. Go to Staff in the dashboard
2. Click Invite Staff
3. Enter their name and email
4. Select their role
5. Click Send Invite

The invited person will receive an email invitation and can join your shop.

Managing Staff

From the staff list you can:

• Change roles — Promote or adjust permissions
• Deactivate — Remove access without deleting the record
