1. Visit cellbot.chat/sign-up
2. Create an account using your email or Google
3. You’ll be taken to the onboarding wizard

Create Your Shop

1. Shop Name — Your business name as customers will see it
2. Shop Slug — A URL-friendly version (e.g., celltech)
3. Domain — Your website domain (e.g., celltechmobilerepairs.co.uk)
4. Platform — Choose Shopify, WordPress, or Standalone
5. Locations — Add your shop address(es) with postcode
6. Fulfilment — Enable walk-in and/or mail-in repairs

Organisation Setup

• The person who creates the shop is the Owner
• Owners can invite Managers, Technicians, and Receptionists
• Each role has different permissions (see Staff Management)
