How It Works
- Customer collects their repaired device
- After a configurable delay (default: 4 hours), a review request is sent
- Customer clicks the link and rates their experience (1-5 stars)
- Rating 4-5: Customer is prompted to leave a Google or Trustpilot review
- Rating 1-3: Feedback is captured privately for your team
Configuration
Go to Settings > Reviews to configure:- Google Place ID — Enables “Leave a Google Review” button
- Trustpilot URL — Enables Trustpilot review button
- Auto-Request — Toggle automatic review requests on/off
- Delay Hours — How long after collection to send the request

View all customer feedback with:- Average rating
- Total reviews
- Individual feedback with ratings
- Review request conversion rate
