AI Campaigns are available on all plans. The number of active campaigns increases with higher-tier plans.
How It Works
- Create a campaign in Marketing > AI Campaigns
- Set a trigger — which devices or repairs should prompt the offer
- Write the offer — the AI will present it conversationally, not as a scripted ad
- The AI tracks impressions and clicks so you can measure performance
Creating a Campaign

| Offer Message | What the AI tells the customer. Keep it natural. |
| Discount Code | Optional promo code to include |
| Start / End Date | Schedule campaigns in advance |
| Active | Toggle on/off without deleting |
Example
Campaign: Spring Screen Special Trigger: Any screen repair quote Message: “By the way, we’re running a spring special — 15% off all screen repairs this week. Want me to apply that to your quote?”
Analytics
Track campaign performance in Marketing > AI Campaigns:- Impressions — How many conversations triggered the campaign
- Mentioned — How many times the AI actually presented it
- Conversion — How many led to a booking
Best Practices
- Keep offers relevant to what the customer is asking about
- Write messages in a natural, conversational tone — the AI will adapt it further
- Use time-limited offers to create urgency
- Monitor performance and pause underperforming campaigns
