Make the AI assistant feel like part of your team. Configure its identity, communication style, and capabilities from Settings > AI.

Assistant Identity

Custom Instructions

Add specific instructions that are appended to the AI’s system prompt. Use these to:
  • Mention your unique selling points (“Always mention our same-day guarantee”)
  • Guide upselling (“Suggest screen protectors when quoting screen repairs”)
  • Set boundaries (“Never discuss competitor pricing”)
  • Add shop-specific knowledge (“We don’t repair tablets older than iPad Air 2”)
Example:
Always mention our same-day repair guarantee.
If the customer asks about warranty, tell them all repairs
come with a 12-month warranty.
Upsell screen protectors when quoting screen replacements.

AI Capabilities

Toggle individual features on or off:
Customers can upload photos of their device. The AI uses advanced image recognition to identify the device model, assess visible damage, and recommend repairs.
The AI can provide trade-in valuations during conversations, helping customers offset repair costs or choose to upgrade instead. Available on Pro Plus.
The AI suggests accessories and add-on services when quoting repairs. Choose from three aggressiveness levels:
  • Subtle — Mention once, don’t push
  • Balanced — Suggest with benefits explained
  • Proactive — Actively recommend with social proof

Escalation

When the AI can’t handle a request, it shows your Escalation Message and offers to connect the customer with your team. Customise this message to match your brand voice.
All personalisation settings take effect immediately — no need to redeploy your widget.
