Your pricebook is the source of truth for all repair pricing. The AI assistant quotes prices directly from it. Each shop controls the repair prices and terms it offers. In the standalone dashboard, staff need pricebook permission. In Shopify App Home, the verified store owner manages Your repair prices without a separate Cellbot login; other users can view the prices. See the Shopify setup guide. Built-in catalogue values remain protected as defaults. Use Edit repair terms in the dashboard, or select a repair in Shopify App Home, to save your shop’s own amount, currency, warranty and turnaround. Those saved values are used for subsequent quotes. You can hide repairs you do not offer and reset a built-in repair to its catalogue default. This changes only your shop’s offering. Enter the amount in the selected currency: GBP, USD or EUR. Changing currency does not convert the amount. Zero is allowed if that is the price you intend to offer; hide the repair if you do not want it quoted. A blank or zero turnaround supplies no time estimate. Ordinary bulk changes and CSV imports still skip built-in entries; use the repair-terms editor to customise them. Custom entries can be added for device and repair combinations not already present.

Managing Prices

  • Add custom prices via the dashboard
  • Import custom prices via CSV upload; matching built-in entries are skipped
  • Edit existing custom prices inline
  • Deactivate custom prices you no longer offer, or use widget visibility to hide a built-in repair
