# Staff Management

> Invite team members and manage permissions

## Roles

cellbot supports four roles with different permission levels:

| Permission         | Owner | Manager | Technician | Receptionist |

| Manage staff       | Yes   | No      | No         | No           |
| Manage settings    | Yes   | No      | No         | No           |
| Manage pricebook   | Yes   | Yes     | No         | No           |
| Manage all tickets | Yes   | Yes     | No         | No           |
| Manage own tickets | Yes   | Yes     | Yes        | No           |
| View tickets       | Yes   | Yes     | Yes        | Yes          |
| Check in devices   | Yes   | Yes     | Yes        | Yes          |
| Send messages      | Yes   | Yes     | Yes        | Yes          |
| View analytics     | Yes   | Yes     | No         | No           |
| Manage reviews     | Yes   | Yes     | No         | No           |

## Inviting Staff

1. Go to **Staff** in the dashboard
2. Click **Invite Staff**
3. Enter their name and email
4. Select their role
5. Click **Send Invite**

The invited person will receive an email invitation and can join your shop.

## Managing Staff

From the staff list you can:

* **Change roles** — Promote or adjust permissions
* **Deactivate** — Remove access without deleting the record
