# Customise Your Widget

> Configure the look and behaviour of your cellbot widget

## Appearance Settings

Navigate to **Settings > Widget** to configure:

| Setting        | Description                 | Default               |
| -------------- | --------------------------- | --------------------- |
| Primary Colour | Widget accent colour        | `#2563EB` (blue)      |
| Greeting       | Opening message             | "Hi! How can I help?" |
| Position       | Bottom-right or bottom-left | Bottom-right          |
| Show on Mobile | Display on mobile devices   | Yes                   |

## Behaviour Settings

| Setting         | Description                 | Default |
| --------------- | --------------------------- | ------- |
| Auto Open       | Widget opens automatically  | Off     |
| Auto Open Delay | Seconds before auto-opening | 5       |
| Collect Email   | Ask for email during chat   | Yes     |
| Collect Phone   | Ask for phone during chat   | Yes     |

## Business Hours

Set your opening hours so the AI can tell customers when you're open. The widget still works outside hours — it just informs customers of your trading hours.

## Preview

After making changes, click **Save Widget Settings**. Visit your website to see the changes live.
