# Reviews

> Automated review collection and management

## How It Works

1. Customer collects their repaired device
2. After a configurable delay (default: 4 hours), a review request is sent
3. Customer clicks the link and rates their experience (1-5 stars)
4. **Rating 4-5**: Customer is prompted to leave a Google or Trustpilot review
5. **Rating 1-3**: Feedback is captured privately for your team

## Configuration

Go to **Settings > Reviews** to configure:

* **Google Place ID** — Enables "Leave a Google Review" button
* **Trustpilot URL** — Enables Trustpilot review button
* **Auto-Request** — Toggle automatic review requests on/off
* **Delay Hours** — How long after collection to send the request

## Reviews Dashboard

View all customer feedback with:

* Average rating
* Total reviews
* Individual feedback with ratings
* Review request conversion rate
