# Pricebook Intelligence

> Gap detection and margin analysis

## Gap Detection

When a customer asks the AI for a repair that isn't in your pricebook, cellbot logs it as a "gap":

* **Device query** — What the customer searched for
* **Repair description** — What repair they needed
* **Request count** — How many times this has been requested
* **Revenue opportunity** — Estimated revenue based on your average ticket value

## Gaps Dashboard

Navigate to **Pricebook > Gaps** to see:

* All unresolved gaps sorted by demand
* "Add Price" button to quickly add the missing price
* "Resolve" button to dismiss gaps you don't plan to service

## Margin Analysis

On the main pricebook page, when cost prices are available:

* **Price** — What you charge
* **Cost** — Your cost
* **Margin** — Profit amount
* **Margin %** — Colour-coded: Green (above 60%), Yellow (40–60%), Red (below 40%)

  Add cost prices to your pricebook entries to unlock margin insights. Look for the "Add cost prices for margin insights" prompt.
