# Payments

> Payment processing with Stripe and Shopify

cellbot supports two payment methods:

## Stripe Checkout

The default payment method. Customers are redirected to a Stripe-hosted checkout page.

* Works with all platforms (Shopify, WordPress, Standalone)
* Supports all major cards and payment methods
* Automatic webhook handling for payment confirmation

## Shopify Payments

For Shopify stores, cellbot creates a draft order and redirects to Shopify checkout.

* Uses your existing Shopify payment configuration
* Falls back to Stripe if draft order creation fails
* Webhook confirms payment via Shopify's order system

## Refunds

Refunds can be processed through your Stripe or Shopify dashboard directly. The ticket status should be updated to "Cancelled" in cellbot.
