# Customer Portal

> Real-time repair tracking for customers

## Overview

Each ticket generates a unique portal link that customers can use to track their repair in real-time.

## How It Works

1. When a ticket is created, a unique portal link is generated
2. The link is included automatically in notification messages
3. Customers visit the link — no login required
4. The page shows real-time status updates as they happen

## What Customers See

* Shop logo and name (branded experience)
* Greeting with their name
* Device and repair details
* Visual timeline of repair progress
* Price and payment status
* Shop contact info and location
* "Powered by cellbot" footer

## Branding

Customise the portal appearance in **Settings > Branding**:

* Upload your shop logo
* Set your brand colour
* Preview how it looks

## Token Expiry

Portal tokens expire after 30 days. After expiry, customers see a friendly message asking them to contact the shop directly.
