# Ticket Management

> Track repairs from booking to collection

## Ticket List

The tickets page shows all repairs with filtering and sorting:

* **Status filters**: All, Booked, Checked In, In Progress, Completed, Collected
* **Priority badges**: Urgent (red), High (orange), Normal (blue), Low (gray)
* **Search**: Find tickets by customer name, device, or repair type

## Ticket Detail

Click a ticket to see the full detail view:

1. **Header** — Ticket ID, priority, status badge
2. **Customer Info** — Name, email, phone with quick-action buttons
3. **Repair Details** — Device, repair type, method, location, booking time
4. **Timeline** — Chronological events
5. **Internal Notes** — Staff-only notes
6. **Parts Used** — Track parts and costs
7. **Actions** — Update status, assign staff, send notifications
