# Kanban Board

> Visual ticket management with drag-and-drop

The kanban board provides a visual overview of all active repairs.

## Columns

| Column      | Description                          |
| ----------- | ------------------------------------ |
| Booked      | Customer has booked and paid         |
| Checked In  | Device received at shop              |
| In Progress | Repair is underway                   |
| Completed   | Repair finished, awaiting collection |
| Collected   | Customer has picked up device        |

## Drag and Drop

Drag tickets between columns to update their status. When you move a ticket:

* The status is updated automatically
* A timeline entry is added
* The customer is notified (if notifications are configured)

## Ticket Cards

Each card shows:

* Device name and repair type
* Customer name
* Assigned technician
* Time in current status
