# Customer Management

> View customer profiles and history

## Customer List

The customers page shows all your customers with:

* Name, email, phone
* Number of tickets
* Total spend
* Last visit date
* Search functionality

## Customer Profile

Click a customer to see their full profile:

* **Contact Info** — Name, email, phone, channel preference
* **Stats** — Total spend, visit count
* **Ticket History** — All repairs with status and price
* **Communications Log** — All messages sent and received
* **Notes** — Add internal notes about the customer
