# Conversation Analytics

> Measure and optimise your AI assistant's performance

Deep insights into how your AI assistant performs. Track conversations, conversions, sentiment trends, and campaign effectiveness from **Analytics > Conversations**.

## KPI Dashboard

Four key metrics at a glance:

| Metric                  | Description                                                |
| ----------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Total Conversations** | All widget conversations in the selected period            |
| **Conversion Rate**     | Percentage of conversations that led to a booking          |
| **Avg. Messages**       | Average messages per conversation (lower = more efficient) |
| **Sentiment Score**     | Overall customer satisfaction signal                       |

### Conversation Volume

Daily conversation count over time. Spot trends, seasonality, and the impact of marketing campaigns.

See the breakdown of customer sentiment across all conversations:

Which devices generate the most conversations? Use this to:
