# SMS Setup

> Configure SMS notifications via Twilio

## Prerequisites

* A [Twilio account](https://twilio.com)
* A Twilio phone number (UK: +44, US: +1, etc.)

## Configuration

1. Go to **Settings > Communications** in the cellbot dashboard
2. Enter your Twilio credentials:
   * **Account SID** — Found in your Twilio console
   * **Auth Token** — Found in your Twilio console
   * **Phone Number** — Your Twilio phone number (with country code)
3. Click **Save Communication Settings**

## Testing

After configuration, change a ticket status to verify SMS delivery. Check the **Communications Log** to see sent messages and their delivery status.
