# Communications Overview

> Unified SMS, WhatsApp, and email notifications

cellbot sends automated notifications to customers at every stage of their repair journey across multiple channels.

## Supported Channels

* **SMS** — Text message notifications
* **WhatsApp** — Rich messaging with delivery receipts
* **Email** — Branded email notifications

## Automatic Notifications

Status changes trigger automatic messages:

| Status Change | Message                                        |
| ------------- | ---------------------------------------------- |
| Booked        | Booking confirmation with date, time, location |
| Checked In    | Device received confirmation                   |
| In Progress   | Repair underway notification                   |
| Completed     | Ready for collection                           |
| Collected     | Review request (after delay)                   |

## Manual Messages

You can also send manual messages to customers from:

* The ticket detail page
* The communications log
* The customer profile
