# Bookings

> Manage booking slots and appointments

cellbot manages appointment bookings for walk-in and mail-in repairs.

## Booking Slots

Booking slots are automatically generated based on your business hours. Each slot has:

* **Time** — The appointment time
* **Capacity** — How many bookings this slot can hold
* **Booked** — Current number of bookings

## Viewing Bookings

Navigate to **Bookings** in the dashboard to see all upcoming appointments in a table view with:

* Customer name
* Device and repair type
* Date and time
* Price
* Status
