> Track conversions, revenue, and operational metrics

## Conversion Funnel

Track customers through each stage:

Widget Loaded → Opened → Device Selected → Quote Presented → Booking → Paid
```

See drop-off rates between each step to identify improvement opportunities.

## Revenue Metrics

* **Total Revenue** — Sum of all completed payments
* **Average Ticket Value** — Revenue per transaction
* **Daily Revenue** — Trend chart over time

## Operational Metrics

* **Completion Rate** — Percentage of tickets completed
* **Average Completion Time** — Hours from booking to completion
* **Active Conversations** — Currently open chat sessions

## Lead Recovery

The abandoned leads table shows customers who received a quote but didn't book. Use the "Follow Up" button to send them a reminder.

## Date Ranges

Toggle between 7-day, 30-day, and 90-day views to see trends over different periods.
